Zsling TPR Rubber Slip On Recoil Pad for Rifle, Shotgun and Butt Gun Protective Black/Brown

I bought this stock pad for my Stevens Model 820b. The stock pad helped reduce the hard hitting bruising feeling of a typical wood stock shotgun. Without the pad the recoil while not the worst in the world was unpleasant. With the pad the unpleasant feeling didn’t really register until about the last shot. Keep into account though, when using this on firearms it will still recoil, but the force of the “kick” is dramatically decreased. The pad only adds half an inch to the length of pull so don’t buy it for that unless you’re really picky. It was snug on the stock when first applied, but it never felt like it was loose. Good purchase ?.

Was slightly too large for my gun, that’s on me – didn’t notice they had the size of the thing on here. Regardless of that, the rubber was good enough that it still stayed on fine throughout 2hr range trip. For the price it’s fairly good but of course not spectacular. If you aren’t particularly tall or well built I’d suggest investing a bit more into something with more/better padding.
